建立新的PCB板

File--new--PCB：建立新的空白PCB文件【6000mil*4000mil尺寸  一个格子100mil*100mil】

NEW from template【左边file最下栏】：建立有固定格式的模板  PCI short card 3.3V-64bit

PCB Board wizard ：

PCB模板向导 一步一步操作——

英制  3.3V-6.4bit

Signal layers ：4 不能做出三层板（工厂里可以做 protel里做不出来）

Power planes：2 电源层（不算在信号层里）  

Choose via style 过孔样式 选thruhole via only

Choose component and rounting technologies

板子焊盘

Surface-mount components 贴片

Through-hole components 焊盘

PAD 焊盘

VIA 过孔

焊盘有编号 过孔没有

焊盘50mil  过孔30mil

焊盘之间的距离

插脚 DIP  100mil 两个圆心间的距离

贴片SOP  50mil

SSOP  25mil

两个焊盘之间最多过三根线【three track】

VIEW——tool bar  工具栏

Wiring 有电气特性

Utilities无电气特性

Mechanical机械层

TOP layer 丝印层

放置元器件的是TOP层

放插脚的是bottom层

阻焊 绿油

助焊 松香
