应各位同学的要求,Mastercam后处理把深度和时间合并到一个后处理中,这样刀具清单加工时间及深度同时可实现,这样以爱满足了大家迫切需要的相关功能。

Mastercam后处理输刀具清单出加工时间加工深度的后处理功能
本后处理基于大家所熟悉的经典4轴后处理为基础,新增功能如下:
1:增加程序头输出全局X,Y,Z最大最小范围,此功能中的每一个数据均可独立关闭。
开关如下:
oneZone_oal_min_x : yes$
oneZone_oal_max_x : yes$
oneZone_oal_min_y : yes$
oneZone_oal_max_y : yes$
oneZone_oal_min_z : yes$
oneZone_oal_max_z : yes$
2:增加刀具清单输出加工预留量,同时如预留量为0,则不输出,此功能可关闭。
开关如下:
oneZone_stock_to_table : yes$
3:增加每个操作输出加工预余量,同时如预留量为0,则不输出,此功能可独立关闭。
开关如下:
oneZone_stock_to_leave : yes$
4:增加刀具清单输出刀具的最大加工深度。见本文后面的实例代码
5:增加刀具清单输出刀具的加工时间。见本文后面的实例代码
6:增加输出每个操作的加工时间。
7:刀具清单支持用户定义部分数据及数据顺序。
8:输出的加工时间支持用户定义输出格式。
9:每个操作的输出信息支持用户定义格式。
10:整个刀具清单支持开关,
