最近在搞整个芯片的tran仿真,经常性发生tran仿真不收敛的情况。
下面是其中一种不收敛情况的现象及其解决办法.
现象:
在波形应该要突变的时刻,发生了仿真不收敛的情况.

解决办法:


解决办法的原理说明:
设置transient options中的cmin参数,保证每个节点都会有一个小电容到地,从而延长信号边沿变化的时间,这可以解决掉大部分的波形跳变问题,并且一般不会影响电路的功能
