The CESPN Mentorship Program is open to all students, young professionals, and experienced professionals in the environmental industry throughout North America. Mentoring is a dynamic process. It is a developmental network to help mentees identify several mentors who can address a variety of career-related needs.
Mentees can be students, young professionals, or mid-career professionals seeking a support system for success and an accelerant for professional development. Mentors are experienced professionals with 5 or more years of experience.
The program lasts about 1 year. There are no requirements for the amount of time dedicated to the program, but the Mentoring Committee will provide suggested discussion topics throughout the year. We encourage meeting with your mentor/mentee at least once a month or once every other month.
